Fees for Access Requests

There may be nominal fees associated with accessing your health records. For example, administration fees may apply for Public Health, Long-Term Care, or Paramedic Services. These fees may be waived in cases of financial hardship.

If you believe your personal health information has been mishandled, you have the right to file a complaint with the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario.
